How to disable FYI notifications for users in Fusion Cloud HCM?

Hello Customer Connect community! Might someone help me find out how do I disable FYI notifications?

I have received complaints from Oracle users of the HCM system on the HR team that they get too many email notifications.

I had them show me which email notifications they were receiving, and I was able to identify several corresponding alerts in Alerts Composer.

I reviewed the following notifications in Alerts Composer:

  1. IRC_Candidate_BgCheck_Review
  2. IRC_JobOffer_Accepted_External
  3. IRC_JobOffer_Extended_External
  4. IRC_JobOffer_Processed
  5. IRC_JobOffer_Approved
  6. IRC_JobOffer_Declined_External

In Alerts composer, I noticed that they are all set to Worklist Only (not email) from within Alerts Composer configuration. So, I was surprised to see that Alerts Composer doesn't have email configured for these Alerts, but users are still getting emails.
