Redwood - Getting "The REST call couldn't be completed." error when opening Document Records.

Summary:

Redwood - ME > Document Records. Getting "The REST call couldn't be completed." error when opening Document Records from Employee login.

For troubleshooting purpose: We followed Oracle's guidance and Created a data role (CSHS_HCM_Speciaist_Data_Role_Testing) with all Privileges assigned to the ORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_INTEGRATION_SPECIALIST_JOB job role. This resolved the issue, as the error no longer appears in document records

Upon comparing this newly created data role with the custom employee role, we observed that the custom employee role already includes the last two the Six Document Records - related Privileges found in the new data role :
