How do you exclude duplicate supplier results where similiar = 90% but its not 100%

Summary:

Refer to 30002: Duplicate Suppliers and Sites

Client has a Supplier master (single BU) where they have a same supplier with a parent site and child site with 100% address match but obviously different site names. This is by design. They would like these to not show in the control results.

Current filters ARE Supplier = 90% Similar AND address = 90% Similiar which is fine but I need to be able to

filter out where Supplier = 100% Similar AND address = 100% Similiar so it does not return all their parent and child vendor sites as duplicates.
