How to Insert Tables and Graphical Formatting on to a Contract Clause in Contract Management

We have a business requirement where a Contract term template document contains sections other that text formatted terms and clauses. It contains other formats of data that needs to be accommodated on to the terms template, following are the type of data formats need to be put on the templates:

  • Title Page. (Different for each Contract)
  • Schedules.
  • Tabular Formats.
  • Pictural Representations.
  • Site Drawings.
  • Hierarchy Drawings.

Is it suggested to create the above as clauses and then be added on to term template to complete a contract template. If not please suggest any work around that can be provided to the business users.
