Apply Flat Rate Markup to Sales order line regardless of line Quantity

Summary:

Hello Experts,

Currently our Price Lists are defined so that we use Discount Lists to add 'Markup Amounts' to the unit Price.

This means if the markup is 0.003 and the Order Line Qty is 7000 - The total Markup is 21

However, we are looking to apply a fixed Markup, that does not change based on the Line Qty. (I've tried Shipping Cost Lists too, which also considered the Line Quantity)

Is there a way we can achieve this?
