System doesn't record the information of last uploaded document in PDF format
Summary:
We are using contract template attachment (Internal/External) When creating procurement contract.
If the last uploaded document (Clean Version) was in word format, system records the related information (File Name/URL - Title - Description - Attached by Whom - Attachment Date) under Documents tab "Uploaded Revisions" section and this document will be the "Primary Contract Document" for the contract.
The issue we are facing now, system doesn't record that information (File Name/URL - Title - Description - Attached by Whom - Attachment Date) when the last uploaded document was in PDF format.
Business needs to show that information of the last uploaded document "PDF format" for tracking and approval purposes.
