Do VBCS UI screens, embedded as iFrames within Oracle Fusion Cloud apps, support OGL?

Summary: We've custom/standalone VBCS UI screens, embedded as iFrames within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, and would like to understand if it has the capability to utilize OGL? If so can you please share the relevant guidance. I understand there's OOTB support for VBS and Redwood based Cloud Apps as shared here but not the other way round.
