24D Oracle Cloud Applications Readiness Custom Reports have bad links when downloading full report

I clicked to get an Oracle Cloud Applications Readiness Custom Reports built and followed the prompts to get a downloaded full report. Once I opened the report, I found that many links are broken. A few links work, but the bad links either they go to a page not found, or they prompt an error message within excel. Do I need an Oracle Support ticket for this? This would be a lot of work on our end to find and re-link any broken hyperlinks.
