Create Item PriceList REST API Service Limits

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are using below apis to create PriceList Item and update exising charges with charges.
fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/priceLists/{PriceListID}/child/items
/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/priceLists/{PriceListId}/child/items/{PriceListItemId}/child/charges/{PriceListChargeId}

We would want to know if there is any Service Limit on Fusion REST API for corncurrent calls or time-based limit (minute/hour/day/month) if any.
Also, performance metrics of APIs on reponse time for each api.

Please share documentation specific to Service Limits of Fusion REST APIs
