Redwood: Customization Helper Tool cannot migrate Assignment DFF segments

We have been using the Redwood Customization Helper tool since January and it has been working fine.

I am trying to migrate some rules again, and I need to collect the Flexfield information so I am ticking to Include Flexfields and adding the username etc as usual.

Normally this works fine, I have always been connecting to one specific pod to get Flexfield data. However, this time, I am connecting to another pod to get the DFF configuration from (as it is more up to date configuration) but the Tool is erroring for ALL DFF’s saying the user account does not have access to the metadata – but the user account is exactly the same on both pods and has the seeded Employee role…
