Define Requisition BU for each location with one procurement BU

Hello Everyone,

We are implementing indirect procurement for our client in the current release, along with MDM and all Finance modules.

Business use case: Enable users from same location to receive each other purchase order using 'My Receipts' UI but not from another location under same requisition business unit. Client has 300+ locations and wants to restrict receiving by deliver to location (assume all users have admin access) and currently all the locations are under same business unit.

Probable Approach: Define Requisition Business Unit for each location with payment and procurement from one business unit (centralized). We would like to know if anyone you have come across a similar business scenario. and we would like to understand the pros/cons of this approach.
