How to restrict access to User Variables for a PowerUsers in EPM Planning Cloud?

We are having a set of Power Users and Users,

Users are by default not allowed to control Variables Sections from Menu, but they can always have an option to set User Variables from User Preferences.

This is perfectly fine for User role.

Now, there is a PowerUser, who is able to see Variables,

We need this PowerUser to not have access to Variables but just on to User Preferences.

Is there a way to control this access to Variables for Power User.
