Should we apply one-off Patch directly in ARCS 24.11. Are there any risks involved in it.

Oracle has failed to apply the 24.11 patch in our prod environment but in the lower instance they were able to do that successfully.Now they have marked our PROD instance as One-Off Patch and they told they can apply it as the part of weekly bug fix activity.

Since it is PROD instance and we have never faced this situation we are not sure if there are any risks involved in applying it directly since we wont be able to test it.Or is it like the same process which they do every month and we dont need to worry about it as they are already very versed in that.
