Always-free-eligible instance not free

I tried to create a new instance with an arm processor with the cpu usage and memory in the limit of the always free eligibility. However now it is prompting me that the estimated cost will be €1.85 per month because of the boot volume. Is this fixable, if yes how do i fix it.
