Manage Item Batches - Process both Item Master and Child Orgs Assignment in one batch

We have a use case where both master and child orgs for items is present in a csv file.
Requirement is to process items succcessfully such that item is created in master org
and also assigned to the child org using Manage Item Batches.

Please let us know if this is possible. If not, please suggest a a workaround for the same such that item org in master and and child org assignment takes place in one step
