Comunicate to customers about changes that may impact (APEX, Fusion, BBDD, etc) over our environment
Last 19th Nov, Oracle Support team applied a patch in our APEX instance without any kind of notification and during our working hours.
This Patch application was generated an outage in all of our APEX applications of 2,5 hours in a very critical time in our normal activity, without our knowledge and with a very impact in all our clients activities.
This is not acceptable.
With this idea we ask for all of this patch applications was notified in the proper way to us, and the application of this kind of patches be allways done during our Maintenance Windows already approved to Oracle Support tasks.
