WMS configuration to prioritize FEFO regardless of storage zone or sequence number

Problem Description:
Currently, in Oracle WMS, we have set up allocation templates for outbound orders with specific sequence numbers based on storage zones and location types. The current configuration works as follows (example):

• Sequence Number 10: Active locations in storage zone ZASIG1.
• Sequence Number 20: Reserve locations in storage zone ZASIG2 where the full LPN matches the order.
• Sequence Number 30: Reserve locations in storage zone ZASIG3 where the system can split an LPN to extract part of the required units.

Identified Problems:

1. If the same product is stored in more than one storage zone, the system prioritizes the sequence numbers defined in the templates and ignores FEFO as a priority.
