How to change 'TO' email address in workflow approval email notifications BIP Templates

Summary:

We have a requirement to change the "TO" email address when approving /rejecting workflow emails. We need to replace it with organization email address.

Then it will reroute to the oracles email's address.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Can you let us know if it is possible change ''TO'' email address from BIP Notification report .

If Yes, then is it required to change in all notifications separately or there is one common template.

e.g. We want to change "TO" email address for Individual Compensation Award Approval workflow emails. 

Please provide Name and path of the report with details where the changes need to be done.
