Not able to invoke VBCS page from Oracle Fusion

Summary:

Hello Team,

We are working on integrating Microsoft Teams within Oracle Fusion and have embedded VBCS page on Order Management screen via Page composer, however while invoking the VBCS page from Oracle fusion we are seeing 401 Unauthorized error. We have enabled Corporate SSO on both Oracle Cloud ERP and OCI POD and SSO login is working as expected.

Can anyone please help what might be missing in this configuration. Also, is it correct to enable Corporate SSO on both Oracle Cloud ERP and OCI POD so as to make it work.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
