How to get a blank output file from report bursting definition when there is no data for a month?

Summary:

For our client, we are extracting report output by leveraging report bursting definition which is executed through EPMautomate and output file is saved in Inbox/Outbox Explorer. Client wants to get a blank file even when there is no data for specific period due to the way they have set up their processes to merge data with Oracle ERP GL and the way they present entire data to downstream consumption. However, when there is no data for specific/Current period, FCCS does not give output file which disturbs the flow of data since EPM automate picks the data of latest month.
