OIC Gen 3: Eloqua|Retrieve a sync REST API giving 404 Not Found

Summary:

I am trying to invoke an Eloqua rest api through OIC gen3, it is giving 404 Not Found.

Retrieve a sync | get | /api/bulk/2.0/syncs/{id}

I am passing query parameter as well as template parameters.

It is working fine and giving expected response for the same sync id in postman, but in OIC it is giving error.
