Rest api for getting the error logs from OTM if transmission faild

We are creating the item in OTM from a 3rd party application. So in OIC we get the transmission number after posting the request in OTM. But if transmission fails in OTM, then we have to send that error back to the 3rd party application. So for that I need the REST API so I can get all the information related to the error in OIC. 

Please share the REST API that gives us error details if transmission fails in OTM.
