Just noticed that the Import Costs reflects a count of Successful Transactions processed when no new Expenditures are created.

steps
1 import Cost Run for a business Unit and source = Oracle Fusion Payables
2 output for Import Cost showing transactions processed
3 navigate to Projects / Manage Projects Costs to find the new created expenditures, no data found
4 log file for Import Cost run

is this a known issue with version 24C ?
