PTO Item Pricing

We have a scenario where PTO model will be used in sales orders.

But we are not maintaining an item level pricing. We are maintaining an "All Item" price list with one default price. We need to use the same functionality for the PTO items as well rather than configuring item specific price list. But the all item price list is not working for PTO items.

We are having a large number of PTO Items, Is there any way to default the price for PTO items based on a common attribute, so that we don't have to separately add the price list line for each of the PTO items.
