Can Replenishment Planning and Supply Plan be used together

Summary:

We have requirement where in there are three levels in supply chain

  1. Level1 - Plants (Plant A)
  2. Level2- Warehouse (WH B)
  3. Level3 - Store (ST C)

A, B and C would be all setup as inventory orgs. The flow of FG would be like

Make at A—> Store at B—> Sale from C

We would be forecasting with combination of SKU and org, i.e. SKU/ WH B or SKUC/ST C. I want to drive the MPS, MRP as well as replenishments of FG at B and C. The number of SKU is below 100. In this case, does it make a business case to implement replenishment planning. Any ideas are appreciated.
