We tried to mass upload nonlabor resources in Swedish language through CSV files. But not able to upload it correctly as the special chracters are not picked up correctly by the Oracle.

Request you to kindly guide us on how to mass upload the nonlabor resources in language other than English.

Please note there are more than 1000 values that needs to be loaded.
