OIC Gen 3 activity stream does not show fault handler execution

Summary:

I have created an example integration flow to experiment with Gen 3. I have a fault handler, but the activity stream does not show the execution of the steps in the handler. If I download the activity stream log the steps are in there, and if I click on the Instance ID in the activity stream the steps in the fault handler are green showing the path the execution took. This is true even if the tracing level is "Debug". Or is it hiding in the UI somewhere that is not obvious?
