Material status not working for transaction type=Transfer Order Issue

Summary:

Case Description:
For operational purposes, we aim to perform the transaction of staging lines followed by a ship confirm, starting from the subinventory using a transfer order with the transaction type set to "Transfer Order Type." However, in the Manage Shipment Lines actions, both "Ship Confirm" and "Stage Lines" are available. Users often bypass the staging step by directly selecting the "Ship Confirm" action ( without Staging).

Solution Implemented:
The following setups were configured:
a) In Manage Material Status, the transaction type "Transfer Order Issue" was disallowed (as shown in the attached screenshot 1).
b) The material status created above was assigned to the specific subinventory used for the transactions (as shown in Screenshot 2).
