Groovy script used with Other Web services is blocking a port

Hi all

We have an issue where a connection used with Integration to OIC, using groovy is timing out due to port 9022. The issue where a groovy business rule uses an "Other Web Services Provider" connection to send a request to OIC.

This connection has a Base URL of https://........:9022.It seems that the EPM cloud blocks the https call with that port.

Does Oracle enforce a rule that when using a connection to Other Web Services Provider it always has to be through port 443.?

Thank you for your comments. our client needs to use port 9022.
