OTM Planning not considering Rate Record Information

Dear all,

We are currently working on a scenario involving order releases in OTM. While the OTM planning process is displaying valid itineraries, it is not taking rates into consideration.

I have attached the necessary information for reference. Could you please help me understand what I might be doing wrong?
