How to hide the contract preview header in contract management

The clauses are created, in addition to having the skeleton to create the terms templates, where the clauses are entered, when we click on "Action" and select "Preview PDF", it downloads the contract with the annexes included, but we want to know how to remove the header that it has because it has the clause number and the title of the clause.

First we log in to Oracle, then we go to the "Contract Management" module, click on "Terms Library", I should mention that we have already created the clauses and the Term template. Once inside the Terms Library, we click on a created term template and we add the clauses to said template.
