Need connection between a particular Service Request and it's Contact/Address columns in Oracle EBS

Summary:

I am trying to find the database relation between a particular Service Request and it's Contact/Address details like the First and Last Names columns , where cs_incidents_all_b contains service request details and hz_parties contains the customer names present in Contacts tab. Please let me know the connection between these two as I am not able to get the join. I have attached the screenshot of the screen from Oracle EBS which I am referring to.
