Report Repository Distribution

My company uses the report repository to send out batch reports to individual email addresses. We have a number of distribution lists that we need to manually update. Has anyone set up something for these distribution lists to be automatically updated when changes get made in their company's active directory? (we use workday). If so we would love to hear about it.
