Unable to Make destination Sub inventory as Mandatory in Transfer Order Page

We are trying to make destination subinventory as mandatory in the Transfer Order page. The Popup not exposing the field to make it as madatory when using sandbox to achieve it. We need the feasibility and the workaround solution to achieve the same.
