Is this a bug? Node Level Properties Behaving Like Relationship Level in EDMCS 24.11

Is anyone noticing the PLN.Account Type and PLN.Exchange Rate Type properties (both Node level properties) behaving like relationship level properties in EDMCS 24.11?

I'm not entirely sure that this is wrong but it certainly seems wrong… a revenue account should be a revenue account with an average exchange rate no matter where it's shared, right? I'm also not entirely sure this is newly occurring in 24.11…

A few points:
- Both properties are set to default settings (I've not changed the default type or inheritance settings)
- I confirm the values differ at many locations by adding the properties to the locations tab
