Summary:

Hi, Trying to use apex_mail from Apex running on ATP in the Free tier of the Oracle Cloud and I think I got all the setup done correctly :
Note: There was the news from Oracle that even the Free tier can use the limited amount of Apex email to be sent.

1. Created the SMTP credentials
2. Created the Approved senders
3. Updated the Apex Instance through the Workspace Administration with the information from the step 1 with TLS settings set to ""After connection is established"
4. Assigned the necessary ACLs (connect, resolve to the smtp host and smtp to the port as specified in step 1.) to my schema owner and also apex_2401000
