Report material transactions UI is not showing updated quantity to be issued

Summary:


Users had created a work order and released it to production on 20-NOV-24.
This work order has 3 component and the required quantity of each part is 20 EA with Supply type 'Push' and basis 'Variable'
They had issued required quantity for all 3 components on 27-NOV-24 from 'Report Material transactions' UI.

Later on 09-DEC-24, they had updated basis type as 'Fixed' and updated required quantity as 21 for couple of components and 22 for the other one.

When the warehouse team tried to issue material from 'Report material transactions' UI they could not see any components to be issued. As a work around, they had to manually click on + and enter one by one to issue new quantities.
