exchange rate impact in shipment and invoices cost

We have configured an invoice process that generates invoices daily for all shipments that change to "enroute_completed" two days prior. For example, shipments completed on 11/12/2024 will have their invoices generated on 13/12/2024. When we complete the shipment, we mark the cost as fixed in the financials to ensure that this amount does not change.

However, we have observed that if an exchange rate is created within this two-day interval before the invoice is generated, the exchange rate is applied to the invoice amount, but the shipment amount remains fixed. This results in a discrepancy between the invoice amount and the shipment amount, which impacts the payment process because the two amounts can differ.
