Enter an ending data for the trading partner item that is later than the last ending data

in Supplier Qualification Management 
I came across the error Enter an ending data for the trading partner item that is later than the last ending data for the trading partner item relationships. (EGP-2775971), however I am carrying out the execution past a date prior to the relationship and the error still persists.
