add person type and business rules to restrict certain roles to be able to change labor schedule

Summary:

Is there a way to add person type or an autocomplete/business rule on the labor schedule pages. We are having huge challenge where HR colleagues keep updating labor schedules of unwanted person types.

Any ideas please.
