Fusion Retail Service SKU EOL

Oracle has introduced a generally available Saturday night maintenance start time for Oracle Fusion Cloud Services (ERP, HCM, CRM). As a result, we will end-of-life the Oracle Fusion for Retail Services Cloud Service SKU B84481 (the “Retail Service”) as of January 23, 2025 (the “End Date”).

What is Changing

  • A new Saturday 9pm CST maintenance start time is available for Oracle Fusion Cloud Services maintenance (Quarterly, Monthly) across Production, Test, and Development environments at no additional cost.
  • The Retail Service that offers a Saturday 9 pm CST start time for quarterly maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud Services Production environments will be decommissioned as of January 23, 2025, and will no longer be available for renewal.
