Inbound Shipment is cancelled in the UI, but Serial number is tagged to the Shipment in the backend
We are trying to use a Serial Number while creating a PO Receipt. We are seeing an error that the Serial number cannot be used. Upon verification, we found that this Serial Number is tagged to an Intransit Shipment which we cancelled from the UI.
After cancelling the Inbound Shipment, we see that this Serial number is still tagged to the same shipment in the backend and we are not able to use this Serial number. This is a Dynamic Serial Number.
Can someone please suggest what could be the next step to free up the Serial Number for further use.
