Past Attempt Details of Learners

Issue:

We would like to view the learner's past attempts for specific courses through BIP.

Description:

We encountered an issue where a learner completes a course or offering, but the completion status does not appear on the front end (e.g., the offering page or learning assignments page). However, when we query the latest attempt details, the status is visible in the backend. As a result, learners often retake the courses because their "My Learning" page shows an "In Progress" status. When they reattempt the course, the latest attempt status gets updated in the backend.

Although we have identified the root cause of this issue, we now need to view learners' past attempts, including their completion dates and attempt statuses for specific courses or offerings. However, we are unable to locate the tables or views that provide the required details about past attempts.
