Change the File CharEncoding from UTF-16LE to UTF-8

in Project Management

Hello everyone,


we are trying to configure the connection between the EPM system and the ERP system. The connection returns us a log_file with an unexpected error and the connection fails to work. Analyzing with the support the LOG file, we could see the File CharEncoding used is UTF-16LE. To continue our analysis we would need to change the File CharEncoding to UTF-8 in the ERP system.

How can we change this configuration?
