Inventory Return receipt returns through shipping functionality

Summary:

Update 24D Oracle released the ability to fully ship receipt returns through shipping.

I tried enabling thereceiving feature opt in (enable Ship Your Receipt Returns through oracleshipping when goods require physical return - it say always enabled form -25B ) but do not see"Physical material return required" under return receipt. Was thischange only enabled for redwood ? also, do we need any additional setup to makethis flag enable and allow to perform shipping? we are on 24D (11.13.24.10.0).
