Different between Run sweep transaction Accounting Events (_Priv and _Priv_OBI)

Summary:

We have one custom role A that has the Run Sweep (_priv) added and another role B has Run

Sweep (_priv_OBI) added. User with _priv_obi is able to run the “Sweep Transaction Accounting Events” ess job where as user with role A encounters security violation error when running the same job. What’s the difference and why does both role behave differently? Is there any other specific privilege that allows users to run this job? Please advise.
