Issue while setting up ODA chatbot on MS Teams

Hello guys,

Our team is setting up ODA chatbot on Teams, we've pulled a default skill "OTM Order Shipment Status". It always asks for auth token and use it further for querying order and shipments. We want to set up the chatbot org wide, ie for the people in our company who don't have access to OTM but should be able to see the orders and shipments via Teams through bot.

Is there any way to remove that authentication part and directly get the data? One solution I was thinking, we can use static user id and password as skill variables and use them to generate a token for further use but it's not working.
