Etext template New Record is not working

New record is not working in Etext template.

For example- here is the sample collasped XML for 2 payments

Etext template header is as follows which I thought was correct based upon the above xml.

Pulling in data in the template is all working fine - but the New Record isn't.
When the Output is produced , it just contains a single line for the 1st payment, when it should loop through each record and produce 2 lines in the example above.
Tried several combinatations but can't get it to work.

Any ideas pls?
