Create outbound shipment request is not supporting partial picking process

Hello,

Create outbound shipment request is not supporting partial picking process. We have a scenario to push the transfer order to oracle WMS through the "Create Outbound Shipment" request.

The quantity on the sales order is greater than the quantity on hand. When we try to interface this TO by running the : "Create Outbound shipment Request" its not picking this Transfer order.

Any help on this is appreciated !
