How can I approve my initiative?

Summary:

Initially, I left the profile options at their default values: ORA_ATC_LAUNCH_APPROVAL_TYPE and ORA_ATC_LAUNCH_APPROVAL_VOTE_PERCENTAGE. I also enabled the "Requires Approval" setting for the "Design Completed" status.
Now, How could I set the approvers? And How could I approve an initiative?
I created an initiative and set the approval, but my approval didn't work. I receive the message "Approval Process Initiated," but nothing happens.
